Global Week
of Prayer
We are joining with 24-7 Prayer and friends across the world to pray non-stop for one week this Fall in Manhattan, KS.

Get involved by signing up for a Prayer Block.
We’re inviting your church, student ministry, or group of friends to steward a 6 or 12-hour chunk of time we’re calling a Prayer Block. How you fill it is up to you, but we’re here to help!
Mobilize your crew to rock your Prayer Block.
There are tons of creative ways to fill your Prayer Block. From spending time in the Prayer Room to going on a Prayer Walk and even incorporating the weekly gatherings already built into your schedule. Here are just a few potential ways you could fill your Prayer Block.
6 Hour Prayer Block Ideas
Gather a group of 3 friends and each spend 1 hour in the Prayer Room and 1 hour on a Prayer Walk.
Gather 12 friends from your small group and Prayer Walk in pairs of 2 around your neighborhood, school, or a part of town you really care about.
12 Hour Prayer Block Ideas
Gather a group of 12 friends and each sign up for 1 hour in the Prayer Room, passing the baton in prayer from person to person.
Use your normal youth group meeting as part of your Prayer Block by spending that time praying and worshipping together. Then invite students to pray together for 1 hour each with their families or a few other friends. That could even be in the Prayer Room!
During your Prayer Block, spend time in the Prayer Room or take a Prayer Walk.
The Prayer Room is a safe place where anyone can be with Jesus anytime.
We’re building a central space where you can come to pray 24/7 during the Global Week of Prayer. It will be full of creative stations, coffee, and music that guide you through praying for yourself, your neighbors, and the world. And you can also pray freestyle if that’s more your thing.
Check out some feedback and photos below from people who participated in the prayer room last year.
Embody your prayers through a Prayer Walk.
Something significant happens when we make ourselves physically present in the place or with the people we’re praying for. We connect with the Spirit in a totally different way as we engage all 5 senses—sight, smell, touch, taste, hearing.
We’re encouraging people to download the Holy Here app and log Prayer Walks during the Global Week of Prayer (and beyond). There’s even a space on the app to share notes about what came up during your time in prayer so that others in the community can join in praying the same thing.
